All of the information was of good value, but what stood out most was employee orientation and the corporate mission statement. I would recommend this program to others because it makes it quite clear that customer service is not just meet, greet and smile, but there’s a whole lot more to it. This program will improve my effectiveness because I was encouraged to be more of a team player when working with my coworkers.
