This program was very informative, and was delivered and presented in a clear and concise way.  I was able to acquire new skills and knowledge.  I will apply the knowledge that I’ve gained from the program to my work, which will enable me to be more effective in my job.  The instructor was very knowledgeable and professional, and had the ability to deliver the information in a very clear and concise way.
