CK 700 Debt Collection Strategies & Techniques

I have gained valuable insight on how to, and how not to, speak to customers/clients, especially when they are irate.  Active listening skills is an art that I can develop because it is extremely important in everyday situations.  There were a number of areas that were covered in the workshop, of which I had no previous knowledge.  I definitely will be implementing some of these strategies I learnt.  I enjoyed the lecturer’s style of teaching because personal examples were used and several slides were introduced to demonstrate a better understanding of some topics that were discussed in the lecture.

I would recommend this training to others in my organization because the information is timely, important, and pertinent to my job in general.  It will also help me to reach established goals and objectives in my department.  The training is very vital to my job, and as a result, it will help me to become more efficient, as well as increase my knowledge on the job.
