I would recommend this training to other debt collectors because it opens my understanding of the numerous shortcomings that occur in debt collection departments. This training has helped me to become a more efficient communicator with clients and would increase the success of my collection department. The various steps of calling clients was of most value to me; highlighting, various shortcomings of calls I’ve made. The instructor was very knowledgeable about the topics and was able to explain his points effectively.
