I would recommend this program because it provided me with some useful information in both collections and customer service areas. Customer service, is the prime focus of my job responsibility, therefore I feel my effectiveness will be enhanced in a variety of ways. When working with my clients, for example, I learned some tips and techniques to use to effectively negotiate with my clients with overdue accounts. I feel that my communication skills will be improved, thereby making sure that the bank’s delinquent funds can be repaid by customers in a timely manner. What the instructor offered was a teaching style that was very clear, and very accurate to my present job. I have received value for my money, and left the course with a lot of useful information.

As a credit risk management officer, this course enhances what I already know, as well as provided me with ways to motivate myself to practice what I learnt and applying it to my everyday work. The section on debt collection software that was introduced was very new to me; and I felt I learned a lot in this area. The quality of the material given was up-to-date, and the instructor was knowledgeable. Overall, this training course was very in-depth and precise.

It was important to me because as a collector, it will enhance my ability to deal with everyone in the most professional ways. I would recommend this course to others within the Inland Revenue Department because it will broaden and increase his/her knowledge.
