CK 700A Debt Collection, Customer Service, and Call Center Strategies and Techniques, for New and Experienced Collectors, Supervisors and Managers in Utility Industries (Electricity, Water, Cable, Telephone, and Petroleum)
This course provided training in an area where it is needed but difficult to find. It took on a holistic and comprehensive approach that is linked to debt collection and revenue management and other areas, such as customer service.
I especially found the topic of debt collection automation very important, as we currently have a manual internal process. Automated debt collections maybe an area that I could explore in the future.
The instructor was clearly knowledgeable about the subject matter and gave real-lie examples and visual aids to convey meaning and practicality.
I feel that I am now equipped to make recommendations for improvement to tackle debt collections issues that may arise on the job.
