 Every section presented in this training program was appropriate and applicable because it covered a broad spectrum of debt collections and how to better handle stalls, objections, hostile customers, etc.  This program will enhance the way organizations are managing and tracking delinquent accounts, among other important areas of management within the company.  Also, I was very impressed by the instructor’s ease of comfort, and professionalism displayed throughout the course.  The instructor is very knowledgeable about business in general, and a master of debt collections issues.
