I learned about staff motivation and ways to give constructive criticism to staff members.  Effective communication is very important in all aspects to accomplish this feat.  Some of the things that I will strive to improve are my staff meetings, to make them work more efficient and effective.  I want to Improve my written and verbal communication styles and offer excellent customer service to both my internal and external clienteles. 
The instructor’s ability to hold the audience captive was amazing.  He was very knowledgeable and was able to hold our attention throughout the training program.
