CK 1400B Advanced Human Resources Management

This was a very good course for HR practitioners.  It highlighted areas of weaknesses and also gave ideas on how to improve one’s functions within the organization. I thought the topics on new employee orientation and performance appraisals were of most importance to me.  I would consider going to the Supervisory Management and Coaching Management training programs that this company offers.
