I enjoyed and appreciated this entire training program. I say this because most of the material presented was new to me and to the institution in which I work. I would also recommend this program because of the vast amount of knowledge I picked up. It will improve my knowledge and effectiveness because of the instructor’s clarity in explaining different situations. The manual that was provided to me is very comprehensive, and I will use it as a source of reference in the future. The instructor used personal examples to illustrate difficult topics that were introduced in the course. I can’t wait to attend another course!
