In this training course I found that delegation is a skill that I have not practiced in the past.  I am realizing now that “I cannot do things all by myself.”  This is of key importance to not only “free” me up to effectively supervise my staff, but I can build a culture of trust and open doors for others to advance to the next level. 

 Additionally, this program was very detailed-oriented, and I am quite confident that I will be able to participate in strategic management planning in my organization.  The instructor’s teaching style was participative and worked for me in terms of how I learn.  I fell that the instructor is well-rounded and very experienced based on the delivery of the course.
