CK 700A – Debt Collection Strategies for New & Experienced Collectors (in Utility Corporations)
The program content was very good because the instructor discussed various concepts and principles to set targets for collections. This course could be beneficial to other members of my department. It would create awareness to the importance of their work in the organization. I will be in a better position to monitor my productivity and improve my outputs.

 The relevancy of this course was geared towards my own job responsibilities and needs. It gave me some simple, yet practical approaches to the methods and collections that I can easily implement on the job. The workshop has given me new awareness of some steps to utilize and undoubtedly improve my effectiveness on the job. The instructor was very knowledgeable about the subject matter and an excellent presenter as well.
