 I recently attended this debt collection management strategies and techniques training, and after my attendance, I feel that I am better equipped to use it as a road map to establish processes and procedures in the collections and credit department.  I have grasped a lot of great information from the instructor who was articulate and very clear in the delivery of the training session.  I especially liked that the instructor made the training interactive, i.e. everyone had a chance to participate and share knowledge with each other.

The strategies for collecting debt in the government and other large consumer accounts form the core of my present job responsibilities.  This Debt Collection Management Strategies and Techniques training program was very appropriate for me.  The topics that were discussed were wide-ranging and are of value to other areas such as customer service, human resources, etc.  It has improved my awareness of some of the concerns inherent in my company, as well as offering me some solutions that I can implement in my job.  Further, its relevance to the industry was right on point, and serves to broaden my scope and job description.  This is a course that has prepared me to deal with situations that may arise in the future.  The instructor was excellent and kept each training session on track.
