CK 6144 LOAN MODIFICTION AND COLLECTION PROCEDURES
Although the material was comprehensive, this three-day training experience was excellent and implementable.  I have gained insight into the loan modification process, and loan extension agreements.  This course will help me to analyze loans and procedures to follow in modifying loans.

Because my job involves customer-facing activities, my favorite part of the training was in customer service.  As front-line workers, we need to portray a positive self-image and attitude towards our customers, in order to win their loyalty, and also to build their trust because of the competitive environment in which we operate.  The instructor is very knowledgeable about the subject matter.

The loan workout program and customer service training were the parts of the course that was of most interest to me.  Both loan workout and customer service are activities that most financial institutions must adopt for the longevity of the organization.
