The training was effective in pin-pointing specific areas to examine in the collection of debts. The idea of setting targets in the debt collection process, and creating a disaster preparedness program were of the most value to me. This program is a good one, and has given me insights to tackle future debt collection situations. What I truly admired was the instructor’s professionalism and the knowledge base he possesses.
