CK 600 – Debt Collection Management Strategies
This course has helped me recognize various new ways to approach debt collection. There is a lot entailed in this program that is not being practiced in the work environment and many need to become more educated on how to perform their job responsibilities more effectively. Therefore, I would recommend this program to others. This program has improved my effectiveness because I will now be able to implement these strategies in my day to day duties. This was a well delivered course and I hope to have the opportunity to attend another in the near future.

The part of this program that proved most valuable to me is the information about necessary software which can be used to get my job done efficiently. This program is recommendable in that it will aid all persons who deal with collections, especially, serious delinquencies. Furthermore, the instructor gave an excellent presentation. He was quite knowledgeable in the material being taught and he has a teaching style that allows you to learn and get enthusiastic about the program.
