Empowerment of staff, performance review management, and the art of resolving conflicts in the workplace was of most significance to me.
The instructor was quite informed and knowledgeable about the topics discussed in this program — I learned a lot about the dynamics of human resources management. By attending this course, it will help me to be more engaging with the staff I supervise. Also, it will also help me improve my performance as a supervisor, and the ways in which I communicate with everyone.
The instructor possesses a vast knowledge of information and the explanations given to us were clear and understandable. He was able to relate on all levels, so I definitely would attend other programs conducted by this instructor!

Succession planning is a topic that was of most significance to me, as this type of planning is desperately needed in the human resources department, as well as other areas within my organization. As such, it was a very interesting and informative workshop that could benefit other human resources practitioners.
