 All areas of the training program was not only informative and interactive, but invaluable to me.  It has taught me some techniques to implement more leadership qualities and being more sensitive and listen to my staff. Also, the training allowed me to recognize many areas where I can improve.  It also has taught me alternative ways to managing and developing myself and my staff
The course was very interactive with real-life situations and examples shared by participants and facilitator.  I especially liked that the facilitator asked for feedback to reinforce the material, and he answered all questions with clear and concise answers.  I definitely would like to attend other training programs conducted by this instructor as he made the sessions interesting so much so that I didn’t realize the time.  I wished that the sessions were longer; I learned a lot and can certainly improve and implement the lessons learned.

Time management and motivation of staff were the two areas that were of great value to me.  Time management will assist me in identifying different situations at work, thus allowing me to take a step back and review my management style.

The area on conflict resolution was most valuable to me as this area is quite challenging for me.  Many techniques to overcome barriers, and how to minimize conflict and deal with it.  The program was very insightful and managers as well as potential mangers can sharpen his/her skills to improve his/herself.  I will be mindful of this training that I received, and try to be fair to my employees, and manage with integrity.
