CK 2007 Training Design & Presentation Delivery (Train-the-Trainer)

 The discussions between the instructor and students following each module were invaluable.  The trainer is knowledgeable and created a comfortable learning environment that built my confidence level.
Additionally, I learned the practical applications of making a presentation (the do’s and don’ts), ways to overcome fear, and building an orientation program from beginning to end.  
This course was extremely helpful to me as it introduced familiar concepts as well as new ones.  I am now equipped with best practices that will improve upon my day-to-day activities, and the manual will be my “library” that I can consult as needed.
