A practical approach to debt collection was most valuable to me because of the inherent value that can be derived for a business using some of the techniques taught, and which I can use to recover funds for the organization. This was a wonderful training with an abundance of useful information. The instructor is very educated and knowledgeable on the topics, and gave real life experiences to bring about a clearer understanding to the participants. Everything that I learned in this course will be implemented in the workplace to improve the work of the delinquency department.

This is my second course with Cohen and Klein Consulting, Inc., and I have not yet been dissatisfied; the course has exceeded my expectations! The participants in the class have boasted to our co-workers, about the instructor, Mr. Nethersole, and his masterful and brilliant command of the subject. I liked the fact that the participants interacted with each other and gave feedback and examples to relate to the subject matter. Another area that was of significance was with time management. This technique will improve my effectiveness on the job, and I have made a pledge to myself that I will be more organized with my daily responsibilities.

This course has given me a better understanding of all the best practices in the collection process. I learned how to fuse collection reports to determine a feasibility study, and to set up my department for best productivity collector’s caller training, and the various types of collections letters that are available. I feel empowered to make the upgrades in my department that is necessary for more effectiveness and efficiency at the Antigua & Barbuda Development Bank. The instructor was very driven, but at the same time, very engaging. Each participant had to participate and interact with each other, which I enjoyed. This training course was very wide-ranging, coupled with other people’s experiences interwoven throughout the course.
