CK 6798 Insurance Claims Handling & Settlement Management Procedures for General Insurance Corporations
The part of the program which was of most value to me was the discussion of the content of the operational and procedural manual we received, the reason being that the information in the book is very interesting and informative. I would recommend this program to others so they too can learn about the insurance industry and the claims and settlement process. The operational and procedural manual will help me in my day-to-day work in the claims department.
The instructor is very knowledgeable about the topics at hand and created a great environment of learning.

The part of the training program, which was of most value to me, was the open forum where we could ask many questions of the instructor, and all of us could engage in the discussions that followed. I enjoyed the general delivery of the instructor and especially his use of real-life examples which simplified explanations and made it easier for us to relate. Overall, the use of additional videos supported the presentation and it was well-delivered.
