This was a very informative course, and after attending this training program it has set me on a path that will improve my productivity significantly.
The instructor presented some very detailed information, and additionally, made it easy for me to learn new tips and techniques in collections, particularly in the healthcare field. 
This course will certainly improve my customer service skills, as well as other areas of my job responsibilities.
