CK 6153 Leadership and Communication Management
What I gained mostly from taking this training program, is how to set clear expectations for my staff members, and establish clear objectives that they can follow. If my employees fail; I fail, which in turn leads to low morale, low productivity, and a department that is in turmoil. This is why I would recommend this course to my colleagues in my organization.
The instructor was clear, precise, and very knowledgeable as well.

The information I received in this training was very valuable. This program would be ideal for individuals in a management or leadership role. I will be applying a lot of what I learned during these last four days of training.

What I learned in this training program was how to better prioritize my work and department in order for my staff to be more efficient. I also gained a lot of useful information in communicating verbally and non-verbally, with my employees and peers. I also realize that the orientation process in my organization may be due for an overall, and would like to implement some of the techniques taught by the instructor, who was very professional, knowledgeable and very enthusiastic.
The classroom atmosphere was very relaxed, and ideal for interaction between the instructor and participants.

In this training program, among some of the topics I was introduced to were: succession planning, conflict resolution management, as well as time management, were of most significance to me.
The tools of leadership and communication management taught me many things. I am now more confident in my abilities to discharge my duties. For example, in my supervision of employees, I will clearly document areas of strengths and weaknesses observed, take the time to listen to an employee’s issues and concerns, and not be judgmental; focus on team-building skills and seek to create a more robust and high-performing work environment.
The instructor was engaging and knowledgeable about all the topics presented, which made the delivery of the training program easy to understand. I also observed the instructor’s enthusiasm and interest in keeping us engaged throughout the entire program. The lecture format helped me to grasp the topics quite easily.
This training program has invigorated me to become a better manager and an overall employee of the Government of Montserrat.
This training was very timely and an effective training program with relevant areas of concentration to enhance my managerial skills.
