This Media Presentation course was very comprehensive and informative.  I learned some important techniques for actively listening to what is being said; how to paraphrase or repeat what is being communicated, being assertive, and being empathetic when necessary.  I have a better grasp of media and public relations management techniques I can use when working with the media.

The program was very interesting and informative, and the instructor was very experienced and knowledgeable.  I learned new media and public relations management techniques that will enhance my effectiveness in certain areas of my job.  Moreover, I especially liked the tools for public speaking shared by the instructor.  I can use these strategies in my daily life – personally and professionally.
