The instructor was excellent and made learning easy, and thereby ensured everyone understood the information. This course will help me to become a better supervisor in meeting the mission and vision of the organization, as well as helping me to be a better supervisor to my employees.

Delando Levine, Customs Officer, Grade II, St. Kitts & Nevis Customs & Excise, St. Kitts & Nevis
This program has taught me how to be an excellent supervisor! I have a better understanding of what it will take to make improvements on the job. The course was a great learning experience. I now feel that I have to learn to appreciate my subordinates and give them the recognition they deserve (i.e., by being efficient, effective, and flexible). If there is advance training in supervisory management, I would like to take it because of this instructor’s skillful presentation of the subject matter.
Kennefer Caines, Junior Officer, St. Kitts & Nevis Customs & Excise, St. Kitts & Nevis
After attending this training course, I know it will enhance my ability to become a better and more productive supervisor in my department. Also, it will help me to advise and counsel my employees’ career planning and communication skills. I will be better equipped to seek their feedback for future growth. This program would be very beneficial to other departments within the organization, as it would assist everyone to improve production, performance and communication skills.
Dennicia Jeffers, Customs Officer, Grade III, St. Kitts & Nevis Customs & Excise, St. Kitts & Nevis
Performance management is the area that was most beneficial to me during the training. My organization is currently in the process of getting it “right” and I feel that my contributions will be helpful. This was a great workshop for supervisors, and even for the people who aspire to be. The topics were very relevant to most organizations. I am enlightened and empowered to contribute to the growth of my organization. Again, this was a great workshop and quite appropriate to organizational development.
Stuart Warde, Senior Tax Inspector, Inland Revenue Department, St. Kitts & Nevis
This supervisory management training course was informative, interesting, and educational. It gave a broad view of the roles and responsibilities of others in the workplace. It was quite an eye-opener for me, as it showed me various ways in which I can improve myself and others around me in the organization.
